Open Doors 75 Seal of Excellence

Gonzaga's Center for Global Engagement (CGE) has been awarded the "Open Doors 75 Seal of Excellence" in recognition of its commitment to reporting data for the Open Doors Report on International Educational Exchange. This honor celebrates ELC, Study Abroad, and ISSS's consistent participation in this vital report, which Gonzaga University has contributed to in one way or another since 1949!

The Open Doors Report is a cornerstone in tracking trends in international exchange, and CGE's long-standing dedication to providing accurate and comprehensive data has played a key role in its success. This recognition reflects CGE's hard work and commitment over the years.

Gonzaga's CGE has been selected by the Institute of International Education (IIE) to receive an IIE American Passport Project grant that will enable up to 25 Gonzaga University students to obtain their first U.S. passport and open the pathway to study abroad. In its fifth year, IIE has awarded 45 institutions in the IIENetwork membership to help 1,275 Pell-eligible college students through this opportunity.
