Ticket Pickup

This year, you will need to PICK UP YOUR TICKETS BEFORE THE EVENT and you must BRING YOUR GU ID TO PICK UP YOUR TICKET. There are two days for you to pick up your tickets:

Wednesday, December 11
9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Hemmingson Ballroom

Thursday, December 12
12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Hemmingson Ballroom Foyer

Parking

Parking may be limited, and guests are encouraged to consider using public transportation. However, there are three different parking options available for you:

• Davenport Hotel and Tower Self-Park Garage
  The Self-Park garage is located on the corner of Post St. and 1st Ave. Make sure to BRING YOUR PARKING TICKET WITH YOU to pay once you are in the Isabella Ballroom:
• Self-Park: $8.00
• Overnight: $25.00

• Historic Davenport Hotel Valet
  The valet garage is located off Post St. at the Main Entrance of the Historic Davenport:
• Event Valet: $25.00
• Overnight Valet: $35.00

• Washington Trust Bank (WTB) Parking Garage*
  FREE Parking has been secured in the WTB lot (along 1st Ave. between Post and Wall) but you MUST SHOW YOUR GONZAGA PARTY WRISTBAND. Take the elevator to the lobby level and exit through the north side of the lobby (along Sprague Ave.). Free Shuttle Service will also be provided from Washington Trust parking garage to/from the Historic Davenport if desired.

*NOTE: Parking is available at WTB until 11:00 p.m. VEHICLES LEFT AFTER 11:00 p.m. MAY BE PICKED UP MONDAY AFTER 7:00 a.m.

Event Details

Hotel Entrance: Please enter the hotel using the 1st Avenue entrance (southside). Once inside, coat check will be available in the Isabella Ballroom.

Wristband: Please make sure to wear your Gonzaga Party Wristband throughout the evening to ensure admittance into each room.

Program: The program included in your packet has information about each room; make sure to bring it with you to learn more about each individual experience! Scan the QR code on the back for a digital version to access using your mobile device.
