Welcome to the Gonzaga University Student Accounts Office

Our office is responsible for the preparation and distribution of billing statements for tuition, fees, room, board and other related fees. We process payments, set up payment plans, disburse financial aid and issue refunds. Effective communication with students and their families is an important part of the Student Accounts mission: We are dedicated to helping students and families in the pursuit of their educational goals by providing financial information and resources in a professional and individualized manner.

Important Dates & Deadlines

May 13, 2013 - Summer Payment Arrangement Deadline for Online Graduate Students
May 20, 2013 - First Day of Summer Session 1 and Full Summer
May 20, 2013 - Payment Arrangement Deadline for Summer 1 and Full Summer (Undergraduate, Graduate- Main Campus, and Law Students)
May 27, 2013 - Memorial Day Holiday - University is closed
June 3, 2013 - Payment Arrangement Deadline for Doctoral Summer Session
June 3, 2013 - Deadline to submit application for the 10 Month Payment Plan
June 28, 2013 - Last day of Summer Session 1
July 1, 2013 - First day of Summer Session 2
July 1, 2013 - Payment Arrangement Deadline for Summer Session 2 (Undergraduate, Graduate- Main Campus, and Law Students)
July 4, 2013 - Independence Day Holiday - University is closed
August 1, 2013 - Deadline to submit application for the 8 Month Payment Plan
August 9, 2013 - Last day of Full Summer and Summer Session 2
