80 Years of Gonzaga Engineering!
Established in 1934, the School of Engineering and Applied Science at Gonzaga University provides excellent, personal engineering education to our students! As the methods for teaching and practicing engineering evolve, so have our programs and curricula. This constant commitment to excellence and personal attention is propelling our faculty, students, and school to earn national recognition. The school has consistently been ranked by U.S. News and World Report as one of the top 30 engineering schools nationally without PhD programs. Further, Gonzaga University is ranked as #4 in the best regional universities in the western United States (see National Rankings for more information). We are also one of only four Jesuit universities with accredited engineering programs in the Western United States.
We encourage you take a moment to read the Dean's Message, to learn about the aggressive and successful growth of the School of Engineering and Applied Science, our programs, national prominence and our ongoing commitment to serve our students.
