Ignatian Family Teach In
If you want Peace, work for Justice
Join fellow students from 28 Jesuit Colleges and Universities around the United states for a conference focusing on social justice. Each year, up to 10 student leaders from GU, advised by staff from UMIN and CCASL,have the opportunity to meet with peers from institutions around the country and immerse themselves in focused reflection and learning about the Jesuit martyrs of El Salvador, Catholic Social Teaching, Social Justice, and what it means to be called into action. Capping the trip off is an opportunity to engage with political leaders on capitol hill about issues that matter to our Ignatian Family.
Applications for IFTJ are available HERE and must be submitted by 4pm on Wednesday, April 23rd.
