Patch

The patch version of the mark is the preferred option for display on marketing materials, in print, or on the web. The patch is a solid square of Gonzaga Blue (PMS 540) or black, with the elements of the mark in white. Use the blue patch on color communications. Only use the black version on communications printed in black and white.

Two Color

This option may be used on the web or when specifying print jobs that will use two- or four-color printing. Do not use these options if you are printing in only black and white.

One Color

Gonzaga Blue (PMS 540) or black are the only acceptable colors for 1-color reproduction of the 125th mark. The One Color Black mark can be used for black and white printing.

Reversed (White)

In rare circumstances, the 125th logo may be reproduced as a non-patch, reversed image when used on dark backgrounds, as shown below.

GENERAL USE

Horizontal

Use of the horizontal version is acceptable only when the size and shape of the primary mark will not work in a given design. For example, some web page or email designs require use of a horizontal mark in order to conserve space. This version may only be reproduced in the colors shown below.

Sunburst-Only

This version of the mark can only be added to existing designs or new materials that also display the Gonzaga University signature. Use of these marks must follow the co-branding guidelines shown on page 13 of the 125th Anniversary Visual Identity Guide.

School of Law Centennial Identity

Concurrent with Gonzaga University’s 125th anniversary, the Gonzaga University School of Law celebrates its 100th anniversary during the 2012-13 academic year. To commemorate this milestone, a separate but complementary identity mark has been developed to promote the School of Law centennial. That identity is shown below in both a patch and one-color version. There is no two-color version of the School of Law centennial mark.
