Welcome to Information Technology Services at Gonzaga University!
Information Technology Services (ITS) is responsible for imagining, developing, and guiding the future of technology on the Gonzaga University campus. The divisions work takes it throughout the institution as technology becomes an ever more integral part of university life. Division technicians find themselves working with faculty in the classroom, students in their dorms, in research labs, behind scoreboards in the McCarthey Athletic Center, and streaming multimedia presentations to dozens of sites around the nation and the world. ITS staff coordinate the development of information technology with every department on campus.
We hope this site and the available links will provide you with all the information you need to get connected to campus life!

Wireless Access on campus has expanded to include the Residence Halls!
Users will experience an increase in mobility and freedom of connecting to the Internet via the wireless network on campus. Gonzaga has recently expanded the campus wireless network to include all residence halls as well as other buildings and external areas on campus. Events:
October is National Cyber Security Awareness month. It began in 2005 as a combined effort of the National Cyber Security Alliance and the Department of Homeland Security and is designed as a tool to educate consumers on safe on-line behaviors to protect themselves and their assets from theft. Gonzaga can capitalize on the national campaign in an effort to educate our users for safe online practices while in the office or at home.
Each week during October a different subject was highlighted: Spyware, SPAM and Email Protection, Physical Security and Password Protection, Using the Internet and Computer Safely, and Identity Theft. There were training classes held each week targeting each of these topics, as well as guest speakers from Campus Security, Washington State Attorney Generals Office, the Department of Defense and the FBI Cyber Crime Division.
