Multimedia & Software Training: Technology Education Services (TES) conducts in-house software training in the university's ACT Lab (Academic Computing and Technology Lab) facility located in the Foley Center Library and in AD12 (Outlook, Word & Banner). We offer training for all of Microsoft Office, Banner, Blackboard, CMS (Gonzaga  website editing), Adobe Photoshop, Digital Photography and Multimedia Audio & Video editing and more.

Sign up Now! Visit our software training website to view a calendar of current listings, full class descriptions, and schedule classes for yourself at www.gonzaga.edu/gutraining. Use your regular Gonzaga username and password to log-in. If you do not know your Gonzaga username and password, please call the Help Desk at x5550 or 313-5550.

SkillPort Online Training: In addition to our in-house software training, TES provides Gonzaga faculty and staff with free, online training through the SkillPort e-learning software. SkillPort allows you to take classes from any computer with Internet access, on your own time and at your own pace. There are hundreds of courses available.  You will need an account to access SkillPort as your standard Gonzaga login information will not work.  There are only a limited number of accounts available. If you are interested and would like to request an account, please email the SkillPort Administrator, Erik Blackerby at blackerby@its.gonzaga.edu.

To access Gonzaga's SkillPort training, go to http://gonzaga.skillport.com/.   To learn more about SkillPort, watch this short 5 minute video on SkillPort.

If you have questions, need assistance registering for class or need more information concerning on-campus software training or online training, please contact Erik Blackerby at 313-3865, or Krystal Burns at 313-6878.
