If I forget my password, what should I do?For forgotten password the account owner will need to go to passwordreset.gonzaga.edu or call ext. 5550 and use option #2. How do i find my computer name?

Windows XP - Right click on ‘My Computer', clicking ‘Properties', and then clicking ‘Full Computer Name'.
 
Windows 7 - Open System by clicking the ‘Start' button, right-clicking ‘Computer', and then clicking ‘Properties'. Under Computer name, domain, and workgroup settings, you can find your computer name, and its full computer name if your computer is on a domain.


How do i map a network drive?

Many different ways to do this depending on your computers operating system. Please contact the I.T. Support Center at 509-313-5550 for assistance.



·         How do I add a printer?

Windows XP - Click the Start button, clicking Run, entering \\ricci then pressing enter. Double click on the printer you would like to install.

Windows 7 - Open System by clicking the Start button, in the "Search programs and files" box enter \\print and double clicking on the printer you would like to install.     


How do I Report a problem?

Who do I contact if I have problems with Media equipment in classrooms?

How do I register my network devices on the wired network?


Disable your wireless connection, plug into the wired network (orange colored plug) using an Ethernet Cord and directing your web browser to http://zagreg.gonzaga.edu


How do I get my iPhone/iPad/iTouch set up?

Accessing Zagmail then following these steps: 

1.) Enable IMAP by going here.
2.) Setting IMAP Password by following these steps: 
a. Log into ZagMail using your current ZagNet username and password
b. click on Settings in the upper right hand corner
c. Select the Accounts link on the top
d. Click on Google Account Settings
e. Click on change password 
f. At this point, you will be able to change your Gonzaga network password (ZagNet) as well as your IMAP password that is specific to Google.
3.) Set up your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch by:
a. Open the Settings app on your device
b. Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
c. Tap Add Account...
d. Tap Gmail
e. Enter your account information, being sure to use your full Gmail address, including '@gmail.com'
f. Tap Next
g. Tap Save

How do i set up my wireless device to work with ZagMail?


  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Select Wi-Fi and Ensure WiFi is set to "on"
  3. Then choose "Gonzaga Community"  and enter current Gonzaga username & password, then click Join 
  4. And accept the certificate.




How do I set up my email client to work with ZagMail?


In order for your individual wireless device to work with ZagMail, there are a few steps you need to follow.

Please note:  Steps 1 and 2 are required and should be completed FIRST, before selecting the link for your specific phone.

Step 1.) Enable IMAP by going here.
Step 2.) Setting IMAP Password by following these steps: 
               a. Log into ZagMail using your current ZagNet username and password
