FAQ
If I forget my password, what should I do?

You can reset your password by opening up a web browser and typing passwordreset.gonzaga.edu.

Windows 7: If you are working from a Gonzaga computer while on campus and you are logged in, you can hit Ctrl, Alt, Delete on your keyboard and choose “Change a password…”

Mac OSX: If you are working form a Gonzaga computer while on campus and you are logged in, you can go to System preferences, go to Users and Groups, and click on “Change Password.”

You can also call ext. 5550 and a technician can reset the password for you. 

How do I map a network drive?

Many different ways to do this depending on your computers operating system. Please contact the I.T. Support Center at 509-313-5550 for assistance.





How do I add a printer?

There are two printer servers that house our network printers for computers using the Windows operating system. The new Konica Minolta printers are on \\kmprint. The rest of the printers are on \\print

Windows 7 - Open System by clicking the Start button, in the "Search programs and files" box enter \\kmprint or \\print and hit enter. A list of printers will pop up. Double click on the printer you would like to install.  

Mac OSX – Please call the Support Center at 5550 for assistance.

How do I get my iPhone/iPad/iTouch set up with my work email?

Accessing Gonzaga Employee Mail (GEM) then following these steps: 

  1. Go to 'Settings'
  2. Click on 'Mail, Contacts, Calendars'
  3. Click 'Add Account'
  4. Select  'Microsoft Exchange' 
  5. Enter current Gonzaga Email Address, Domain = "Gonzaga", Username, Password 
  6. Click 'Next' 
  7. Enter server = "gemweb.Gonzaga.edu"
  8. Click 'Done'

How do I get my Android phone set up with my work email?
  1. Open the Mail icon
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Manage Accounts
  4. Select + (plus sign)
  5. Select Corporate
  6. Type in your full email address and password
  7. Click 'Next' 
  8. If prompted enter server: gemweb.Gonzaga.edu
  9. Click 'Done' 
How do I access citrix from home?

Citrix can be accessed by opening up a web browser and typing citrix.gonzaga.edu. The domain is Gonzaga and your username and password is the same as your Gonzaga AD credentials. You can also download the citrix receiver at citrix.com. From the Citrix.com website, click on Downloads and then Download Receiver. When the receiver opens up for the first time, you will be prompted to enter your work email or server address: type in citrix.gonzaga.edu and click next. You will then be prompted to enter your domain\username and password. Type in Gonzaga as the domain followed by the username password you when accessing your Gonzaga account.
