Your email will be migrated from the current environment of Gmail to Microsoft Office 365 during the semester break. After email is migrated you will need to move your documents out of Google into Microsoft SkyDrive by April 14th, 2014 and reestablish any shared connections you had in Google. The processes for document migration is easy using a utility called Google Takeout and ITS will offer training and assistance after the email migration is complete.

ZagMail, powered by Google, is the official form of communication to students. As of August 2010 Gonzaga migrated to Google Apps for Education. Google Apps for Education provides not only basic email and calendar services but also provides a feature rich collaborative interface for our students.
Google Docs – Web based documents, spreadsheets, drawings, and presentations. Create or upload documents from anywhere, share these documents with others, and edit documents with others in real time without attachments.
Google Sites – Simple and secure web page creation for individuals or team managed sites.
Google Groups – Use mailing lists and discussions to further collaborate with the greater Gonzaga Community
