Whether your organization is a corporation, small business, non-profit, governmental agency or educational institution, Gonzaga's Instructional Technology Support Services (ITSS) has the facilities, equipment and technical expertise to ensure that your videoconferences, teleconferences, lectures, training sessions, meetings and presentations are a success!

Services: Meeting Room Rental, Satellite Downlinking, Video conferencing, Teleconferencing, Satellite Program Recording, Satellite Program Arrangement and Catering.

Facilities: Located on Gonzaga's scenic campus, large or small group accommodations, classroom or theatre-style seating, large viewing screen, computer data/video projection equipment, audiovisual presentation equipment, direct phone lines, fax machine and free parking.

Staff: On-site event facilitator, friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff, expert technical support staff.

Satellite Services: Regional, national and international television programming and videoconferences are received using three satellite dishes and transmitted live on the Gonzaga University Cable TV network. ITSS also provides a fee-based satellite downlinking service to GU and non-GU affiliates for the transmission of videoconferences or educational programming to a live audience. Programming may also be recorded off-satellite for future classroom or corporate use.
