Gonzaga University's Equal Employment
Opportunity and Affirmative Action Plan is designed to develop and
maintain equal employment opportunity for all personnel and to

levels and in all segments of the University, particularly where
they are under represented in relation to their availability in the
work force. Consistent with these guidelines, the University
attempts to:

- advise recruiting sources of its commitment to equal employment
opportunity and affirmative action
- develop new and non-traditional recruiting sources, particularly those placing women and ethnic minorities, with the goal of increasing applicants from these sources.
