Ergonomics

Ergonomics is the study of fitting the job/workstation to the individual. The Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) office is involved in working with individuals and departments to provide for the best possible fit of equipment and duties to the worker. EH&S works on controlling worksite hazards, including ergonomic problems.

Computer & Desk Stretches-a series of stretches to relieve muscular tension and pain.
