Position Work Classifications

Position Work Classification requests are typically made as part of the University's fiscal year budget process.  This form is used when a department is requesting a change in work hours/months status of a staff position.  Please contact Human Resources (ext. 5996 or 313-5996) if you have any questions regarding the process.
