The Faculty compensation plan's objectives are to:
These objectives must be addressed for the compensation strategy to achieve its goals of recruiting, retaining and motivating quality Faculty.

Salary Increase Formula Calculations:

For Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, and Instructor ranks:
((Survey data adjusted) * 90%) + (an additional 1% of the survey data for each year in rank at Gonzaga).
For those professors whose current salary is below the formula salary a market increase amount is determined. The Dean then decides what amount of that increase will be allocated to that individual.
