Annualizations & Budget Terms

Annualization requests are typically made as part of the University's fiscal year budget process.  Position annualizations include requesting a change in work hours/months status, result from a mid-year salary adjustment, new position approved after the budget base is determined, and other personnel activities.   The salary adjustment definitions document link below provides common definitions to establish a clear understanding of accounting practices for the University's Budget Officers.
