The Long Term Disability Plan begins in your second year of employment.  The plan pays 66-2/3% of your base monthly salary to a maximum of $13,000 per month for a medically necessary disability lasting longer than 90 days for staff and 180 days for faculty.  Gonzaga University pays the full premium.  For additional information on the plan, please click on the links below:
