Short Term Disability - Faculty Only
Full-time faculty members are eligible on the first day of the contract year after one year of service (for contracts effective the first day of a month, otherwise, the first of the following month).
The University offers a self-funded plan that is designed to provide continuation of full salary and benefits for periods of a medically certified disability for up to six months. This is for the faculty member's own illness.
