WCC Student Tickets

WCC Student Distribution Policies and Procedures

 

  • Student Distribution will take place Thursday, March 4th at 7:00 a.m. on the first floor of the Crosby Student Center.

  • The tournament will be held in Las Vegas at the Orleans Arena on March 5 - March 8.  The time of Gonzaga's first game will not be official until Saturday, February 27th.

  • Student tickets are only valid for the sessions in which Gonzaga plays.

  • Each student will be allowed to purchase 1 ticket.  There are 200 tickets available. Tickets are $10 each and must be paid for with Visa or Mastercard only.  No cash or checks accepted.

  • Students must have their GU ID, their credit card and the form below filled out and ready to hand in.

  • The first 200 students will be handed a ticket for the first men's game in Las Vegas.

  • Students must show their GU ID, along with their ticket, for entrance to the Orleans Arena.

  • If we win our first game, those students will be charged for another $10 ticket valid for our next game. All 200 students will be re-charged, even if they do not pick up this ticket. All students must immediately proceed to a location determined by the Orleans Arena following a Gonzaga win to pick up their ticket for the next game. Tickets will only be handed out at this time.

Championship Game Procedure 

 

  • If we win on Sunday night, Gonzaga will receive an additional 200 tickets for the Championship game on Monday night.

  • Once we sell out of the first 200 tickets, the next 200 interested students will submit the form below and be handed a GRAY championship game only postcard. If tickets still remain after the morning distribution, students may stop by the ticket office with completed form and receive a GRAY championship game only postcard.

  • This ticket is $10 and will only be charged if we play on Monday. Those students who receive a GRAY postcard will be charged even if they do not pick up their ticket in Las Vegas.

  • Those students who have a GRAY postcard will pick up their tickets one hour before game time on Monday, March 8th at the Orleans Arena. (Location to be determined by the Orleans).
