WCC Student Distribution Policies and Procedures

• Student Distribution will take place Wednesday, February 20th at 7:00 a.m. on the first floor of the Crosby Student Center.

• The tournament will be held at the University of San Diego at the Jenny Craig Pavilion on March 7th - March 10th. The date and time of Gonzaga's first game will not be official until Tuesday, March 4th.

• Student tickets are only valid for the sessions in which Gonzaga plays.

• Each student will be allowed to purchase 1 ticket. There are 200 tickets available. Tickets are $10 each and must be paid for with Visa or Mastercard only. No cash or checks accepted.

• Students must have their GU ID, their credit card and the form linked below, filled out and ready to hand in.

• The first 200 students will be handed a GOLD postcard guaranteeing them a ticket for the first men's game in San Diego. We will not know the date of that game until Tuesday, March 4th.

• Students must exchange their GOLD postcard for a game ticket at the McCarthey Athletic Center Ticket office from 10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 6th or Friday, March 7th.

• If we win our first game, those students will be charged for another $10 ticket valid for our next game. All 200 students will be re-charged, even if they do not pick up this ticket. All students must immediately proceed to a location determined by the University of San Diego following a Gonzaga win to pick up their ticket for the next game. Tickets will only be handed out at this time.

Championship Game Procedures

• If we win on Sunday night, Gonzaga will receive an additional 200 tickets for the game on Monday night.

• On Wednesday, February 20th, once we sell out of the first 200 tickets, the next 200 interested students will submit the form linked below and be handed a GRAY championship game only postcard.

• This ticket is $10 and will only be charged if we play on Monday. Those students who receive a GRAY postcard will be charged even if they do not pick up their ticket in San Diego.

• Those students who have a GRAY postcard will pick up their tickets one hour before game time on Monday, March 10th on San Diego's campus. (Location to be determined by San Diego).
