Online Tuition and Housing Deposit

Thank you for choosing to pay your tuition deposit online! The instructions for doing so are below.

You may also pay your housing deposit online! Please note that you must log back into ZAGWEB and repeat the steps below, choosing "Room Reservation/Damage $200" as your Deposit Type. A completed Residential Living Agreement must be sent to the Office of Housing and Residence Life by May 1st.

Instructions for paying the confirmation online:

1. Log on to ZAGWEB.

2. Select the 'Enter Secure Area' option from the list using your mouse.

3. Enter your Student Identification number for the 'User ID.' The first time that you log into the Secure Area on ZAGWEB, your PIN will be your birthday in the following format: mm/dd/yy. For example, if your birthday is April 15, 1987, you would type in 041587.

4. The Login Verification form will request that you change your PIN to a more secure number. Please select a 6 digit PIN and make a note of it.

5. You will now be asked to provide us with a security question to which you know the answer. If you are unable to remember your PIN the next time you log in, you will be asked this question to gain access.

6. You are now in ZAGWEB. Please select 'Electronic Billing and Payment' from the menu.

7. Please select 'QuikPAY' at the bottom of the Electronic Billing and Payment screen.

8. You are now in the QuikPay system and need to select 'Make Payment' from the menu on the left of the screen.

9. To pay your deposit, please click on the 'Pay' button in the 'Deposit' box. Do NOT click on the 'Student Accounts' box.

10. Select the deposit type (either "Undergrad Tuition Fall $400", "Undergrad Tuition Spring $400", or "Room Reservation/Damage $200") and enter the payment amount. Your options for payment method include the following: Electronic Check, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. When you are finished making your selection, click on the 'Continue' box.

11. The next screen will require you to provide us with your account and address information. When you are finished, please click the 'Continue' box at the bottom of the screen. If everything was entered correctly, you should receive a confirmation of payment. Print a copy for your records.
