Historical photographs are an important primary source for researchers. The Special Collections Department has numerous photographs throughout its collections on Jesuit history in the Northwest, Gonzaga University, Bing Crosby, and other topics. Such photographic images are available to researchers.

ORDERING PHOTOGRAPHS

Photographs may be ordered through the Special Collections Department by telephone, email, or in person.  Scanned and photographic reprints are available. 

Ditigitization fee is $2.00 each (up to first 3 image) and $1.00 per scan after that.  There is a $1.50 charge for the CD.

Photographic reproductions are:  $7.50 for 5 x 7; $10 for 8 x 10; $21 for 11 x 14.  If there is no copy negative the requester will be charged $3.50 for each 4 x 5 copy negative, which will remain property of Gonzaga University.

USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS 

Photographic images are only to be used for personal use. Any other use, such as exhibition or publication requires specific written permission from the Special Collections Department and the possible payment of additional fees. Please contact the Special Collections for the "Permission to Publish Photographs" Form and the Use Fee Schedule. A listing of permission conditions for use is given.
