Kelly Jenks received her MLS from the School of Library and Information Science at San Jose State University, San Jose, California. She has worked at Gonzaga University for six years, the last year as Instruction Coordinator. Her duties include working with professors to develop library sessions that strengthen student scholarship, as well as coordinating the schedule of other members of the instruction team. Theresa has a Masters degree in Librarianship and Information Management from the University of Denver. She has worked in university, community college and public libraries during a career that began with a job as a work-study student at the University of Oregon. Her main responsibilities at Gonzaga are helping distant students to connect with Foley Library (and its many resources) and managing the ILL Department.

John S. Spencer, B.A., M.A., M.L.S. has been the Coordinator of Reference and Periodicals at Gonzaga University since September, 2001. Previously he served as an Associate Librarian at Central Washington University in Ellensburg (also known as the windy city) and has worked at The University of the South (home of the Sewanee Review) and Arizona State University West in the Valley of the Sun (also known as Phoenix). He is a native of the buckeye state (Ohio) and is an avid fan of the British mystery and American detective genre.

Linda is Associate Professor and Collection DevelopmentLibrarian she is also currently Chair of the Public Services Department. She has her Master's in Librarianship from the University of Washington and has been a faculty member at Gonzaga since 1989. Her collection development responsibilities include the Schools of Engineering and Business as well as Philosophy and Organizational Leadership. Her professional activities include research in professional ethics in librarianship.
