Abdul Aziz is currently a Distinguished Research
Professor in the department of Mechanical Engineering at Gonzaga University. He
received his B.E. from the University of Karachi in 1963, and Ph.D. in
Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leeds, England in 1967. He has
authored/co-authored over 150 papers and four books: Perturbation Methods in
Heat Transfer (Hemisphere,1984); Extended Surface Heat Transfer (John Wiley,
2001); Introduction to Thermal and Fluid Engineering (CRC Press, 2012); and Heat
Conduction with Maple (R.T.Edwards, 2006). He is a Life Fellow of ASME and has
received several awards during his career.

Peter McKenny is currently the Chair and a Professor of Engineering
Management. He is also the Director of the T&D Engineering
Certificate Program at Gonzaga University. Prior to joining Gonzaga
University, Peter was a Team Leader with the American Transmission
Company (ATC) and was responsible for all aspects of substation and
