Gonzaga Voter Education

ZAGS VOTE!

At Gonzaga University, we believe it is a privilege and a responsibility to be engaged in your community.

This year, the Center for Student Involvement and GSBA are organizing voter registration and education efforts. Between September and November, we will provide a variety of services and support, including:

  • Voter Registration Drives in Hemmingson and in front of College Hall
  • Education around voter registration guides
  • Giving away free stamps for out-of-state ballots in the Center for Student Involvement beginning October 14
  • Mail by date reminders for the various states represented on Gonzaga's campus
  • Drop box location maps for Washington Ballots
  • Coordinate student clubs and local groups tabling efforts

In order to maintain our tax-exempt status, a 501 ( c) (3) GU does not participate in political campaignson behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for elective office. Instead, we engage in voter education activities such as public forums conducted in a non-partisan manner, voter registration and get out the vote drives.
