Fully-Printed, Advanced Medical Electronic Patches
This project aims to develop a direct-ink write-printing process to enable rapid fabrication of highly functional flexible medical patches using a silver nanoflake composite ink. Typical circuit board manufacturing processes are incompatible with the soft and flexible materials conducive to effective medical patch design. Although nascent circuit printing methods have shown high promise in working with these target materials, significant technical challenges remain to be solved.
