Ken Anderson, Ph.D., Dean

Ken began his 32nd year in the School of Business Administration at Gonzaga University, in the fall of 2017. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in management and human resource management. After transferring from Los Angeles Harbor Junior College, Ken played two years of basketball at Gonzaga University where he received his B.B.Ad. (1981) and M.B.A. (1982). He earned his Ph.D. in business administration from the University of Nebraska (1988). Ken has co-authored articles appearing in Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Business Ethics, Business & Society, and Organizational Dynamics. He has extensive consulting experience, particularly in the areas of negotiation, arbitration and employment law.
