Gonzaga University School of Business Administration presents its 1st Lifelong Learning workshop in San Francisco in partnership with the San Francisco Trek. Ken Anderson, Dean and Molly Pepper, Associate Dean, of Gonzaga University School of Business Administration will present a workshop on “The ABCs of Onboarding Gen Z”.

Generation Z has joined the workforce. How can your organization open the door for this newest generation to thrive? The answers could be in a School of Business class project that allowed students to examine an organization’s current orientation program and propose a broader onboarding process. The results reveal best practices in onboarding as well as ideas from Gen Z about what would make them feel at home in the workplace as they begin their careers.

As "ongoing, voluntary, and self-motivated" pursuit of knowledge for either personal or professional reasons, the Lifelong Learning Series is an initiative that highlights each of our three core values. It not only enhances social inclusion, active citizenship, and personal development, but also self-sustainability, as well as competitiveness and employability.  It further engages our alumni and friends of the school in meaningful and fulfilling ways. The event costs $20 per person and includes the Lifelong Learning Workshop, entry to the San Francisco Trek Networking Social (beverages and appetizers .
