Generation Z has joined the workforce. How can your organization open the door for this newest generation to thrive? The results reveal best practices in onboarding as well as ideas from Gen Z about what would make them feel at home in the workplace as they begin their careers.
As "ongoing, voluntary, and self-motivated" pursuit of knowledge for either personal or professional reasons, the Lifelong Learning Series is an initiative that highlights each of our three core values. It not only enhances social inclusion, active citizenship, and personal development, but also self-sustainability, as well as competitiveness and employability. It further engages our alumni and friends of the school in meaningful and fulfilling ways.
