Gonzaga welcomed visitors Tuesday for the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the Spokane City Line, a new zero-emissions rapid-transit bus route stretching from Browne's Addition to Spokane Community College, with a stop at GU.

Rather than a single monumental event that hosts more than 2,000 new students and families in the four days prior to the first day of class, this year's midsummer orientation is divided into a series of five smaller sessions, beginning this week, that provide a more personal and connected atmosphere.

In the coming year, Gonzaga will offer three new master's programs - the Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA), Online Master of Business Administration and Master of Education in Educational Leadership with Principal Certification - that will give students new tools to succeed in the future, while remaining rooted in the Jesuit values shared across all programs at GU.
