From Ecuador, Acosta Loza graduates with a perfect GPA, the Global Scholar Award from the College of Arts and Sciences for academic success, and practical leadership experience after his year as Gonzaga Student Body Association president.

Tia Moua, a senior from Spokane, is one of three students statewide selected as recipients of the 2023 Governor's Civic Leadership Award for her service and social justice activities.

The partnership will enhance Gonzaga's ability to recruit and retain military members and veterans to its student body through the support services, financial aid and scholarships provided by the foundation.
