I am going to work remotely for an East Coast company post-graduation. Hopefully down the line, I can live in Japan for a year or two.
How has your major contributed to your professional or personal development?
I had no experience coding before college, but looking back and seeing how far I have come, I have become a lot more confident in my skills and ability to grow.
What has been your proudest or most significant accomplishment during your Gonzaga career?
Graduating in four years is a huge accomplishment. Like for many, the COVID period was extremely tough, and I considered switching majors or dropping out completely. I’m proud of myself for persevering, and now here I am graduating and receiving an award for a language that I really enjoy studying.
