Opportunities for faculty and staff to gather outside of regular work and departmental patterns. Offered bimonthly in various campus locations.
In support of faculty as teacher-scholars, this four-day, three-night retreat is largely unstructured to prioritize time for writing, research, creative pursuits, reflection and rest. An opening and closing session as well as daily communal dinners provide rich opportunities for conversation and relationship-building. Offered annually during Spring Break.
As a Catholic, Jesuit university, Gonzaga is connected with several networks offering online resources, professional networks, and leadership development opportunities. The Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities (AJCU), Association of Catholic Colleges and Universities (ACCU), and Collegium are examples. The Vice President for Mission Integration is the main Gonzaga contact for these networks.
