He and his family enjoy outdoor activities, and José takes great pleasure in watching his twin boys growing up to be active, healthy, sports enthusiasts.
The best thing about working in the fitness center for José is seeing and contributing to the life-transforming results of fitness and healthy living for the students and staff who come to the center. He has a passion for helping people, by coming along side them with fitness and nutrition guidance, but more importantly, by encouraging them to pursue their goals and see their potential.
José is committed to training and encouraging individuals to get excited about their health and wellness. He believes that making the commitment to come to the fitness center is the key in the process of achieving a true lifestyle transformation.
