Summer Fitness Classes

GENTLE YOGA - Stretch, strengthen and relax the body in this nurturing practice. Gentle and deliberate movement, guided relaxation, and supported poses combine to increase flexibility, balance, centeredness and well-being. For any level student who wants a healing class. This style is ideal on high-stress or lower-energy days.

Instructor: Amber

Required for class: Yoga Mat & other items per instructor request after first class 

Mondays 12:10-1pm and Wednesdays 12:10-1:00 PM

Registration will be done online using CashNet with Debit/Credit Card rather than registering for classes in person at the Rudolf Fitness Center (RFC) front desk, open to close, using either checks (made out to Gonzaga University) or cash. Rudolf Fitness Center membership is required to participate. Please see membership page for more information.
