Appeals can only be made when concerning player eligibility and/or misinterpretation of a rule by the officials which directly affects the outcome of the game.

Appeals must be written and submitted to the Intramural Office no later than 1pm the following day. Appeals filed after the deadline will not be heard.

Appeals must include:

• Captain's name
• Team name
• Sport/league
• Date/time of game
• What you are protesting
• Why you are protesting

The Director will notify the captain of the decision no later than one week from receiving the appeal.
