Agircola Database Information

AGRICOLA contains over 4 million citations from the U.S. National Agricultural Library.  This database indexes journal articles, book chapters, monographs, theses, patents, software, audiovisual materials, and technical reports.  AGRICOLA is not limited to strictly agricultural information, but also includes documents from related fields, such as animal and veterinary sciences, entomology, plant sciences, forestry, aquaculture and fisheries, farming and farming systems, agricultural economics, food and human nutrition, agricultural engineering and technology and earth and environmental sciences.  While it is possible to limit search results to only include full text, AGRICOLA searches cannot be limited to only include scholarly or peer-reviewed resources.
