Databases
Almost all databases are available from off-campus. There are a few exceptions where some are only available in the library and those are clearly identified.

Off Campus Access
Indexes and databases are available for remote searching ONLY by currently registered GU students, faculty and staff. Users must enter their GU username and password for off-campus access. From on-campus, all databases are available for searching by any patron. Login Instructions

View Circulation Records Go to the library catalog and go to Patron to login to see materials currently checked out. Enter the 8 digit number located on the front of GU ID card and Last Name. Login to check patron records.
Renew BooksStudents and faculty can renew materials online. Go to the LIBRARY CATALOGand login to process online renewals.
Late Fees
Most Items: 25 cents per day
Interlibrary Loans: $1 per day
Recalled Items: $1 per day
Reserve Items: $1 per hour Bound periodicals: Do not Circulate
Other information is available on other services in the library, including the Paw Prints Copy Center, Instructional Technology and the Library Computer Lab. In addition, Archives and Special Collections contain important collections including those related to Bing Crosby and Gerard Manley Hopkins as well as the Jesuit Oregon Province Archives (JOPA).
Course Reserves Use the COURSE RESERVE tab in the LIBRARY CATALOG. Search using the name of the instructor, department and course.
InterLibrary Loan Policies and Procedures
InterLibrary Loan is only available to currently enrolled students, faculty or staff at GU. All users need to set up an ILLiad account to use ILL. Instructions for ILL and ILLiad.
