Welcome to University Ministry
The Office of University Ministry at Gonzaga University is responsible for the faith development of all students regardless of religious affiliation and tradition.
University Ministry provides opportunities and resources for spiritual growth and fellowship through retreats, service projects, liturgies, music ministry, Christian Life Communities (CLCs), Theology on Tap, spiritual direction, residence hall programs and more. These activities offer students a more mature understanding of Gonzaga's Jesuit and Catholic identity and a deeper respect for other religious traditions.
The primary goal of the Office of University Ministry is to get each student what he or she needs to grow in his or her relationship with God. The habits we teach through University Ministry aim at focusing and realizing the Catholic and Jesuit mission of the University in our students and for their sake, doing so in a way that fits the development and openness of each student.

One of the most important habits available to all students is the Retreats that the University offers through University Ministry. All of the Retreats rely heavily on the students to run them, prepared and under guidance of the University Ministry team. The Retreats are available to all students, regardless of religious background.
