Christy Larsen – seasoned executive with extensive experience in banking, asset management, governance, and philanthropy. She built her career in the mortgage industry, rising from receptionist to managing director of an international joint venture in London, before retiring from banking at age 35. She now manages a family office, serves as Managing Director of a charitable foundation, and is the immediate past Chair of Gonzaga’s Board of Trustees. Her family is a proud and generous supporter of Gonzaga education, having funded scholarships, programs, and endowed initiatives. Passionate about community impact, she also supports small businesses in underserved communities. She graduated from Gonzaga with a degree in English and Political Science.
Panelists
Lauren Frasca – Senior Vice President of Content & Strategy at Magnolia Network, where she has overseen Emmy-nominated shows including Fixer Upper: Welcome Home and Magnolia Table. A veteran of the media industry, she previously held roles at Facebook, MSNBC, The Weather Channel, and NBCUniversal. She holds a BA from Tufts University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Kris Snow – Retired Cisco executive and current Gonzaga University Board of Trustees member. Brings extensive leadership experience in global technology, business operations, and strategic governance with her most recent role as President of Cisco Systems Capital Corporation and past senior roles at CIT Group and Sun Microsystems. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Gonzaga University and an MBA from St. Mary's College of California.
Brooke Sullivan - Vice President of People & Culture for the Seattle Mariners, where she leads efforts to foster an inclusive and thriving workplace for over 1,600 employees. A Gonzaga alumna (BBA ’03, MAcc ’04), she began her career at Deloitte before joining the Mariners in 2014 and rising through leadership roles in finance and HR. She is deeply engaged with Gonzaga as an advisory board member and is active in Seattle’s sports and community organizations.
