Application Process - Students

NVL offers four student leadership roles each providing a distinct way to contribute to live client engagements and the broader program community. Whether you are doing the research, leading a team, overseeing multiple engagements, or building the program's presence on campus, every role develops real professional skills in a real-world environment.

Consultant

Work directly with a Spokane-area entrepreneur over nine weeks, conducting research, analyzing their business, and delivering recommendations they can implement. Real consulting work with real stakes.

Project Manager

Lead a team of consultants through a live client engagement. You own the meetings, the deliverables, and the relationship with the entrepreneur. The team's success runs through you.

Program Director

Oversee multiple consulting engagements simultaneously, support Project Managers, and ensure every team meets program standards from Kickoff through final presentation. The most senior student role in the program.

Engagement Coordinator

Plan and execute the events, social activities, and marketing that bring the NVL community together. You shape how the program shows up to students, entrepreneurs, and the broader Gonzaga community.
