Complete the application and schedule your initial interview. Finalists will be interviewed by Program Directors in August. Accepted engagements will be assigned teams in early September.

A. Respond to team questions promptly, attend both scheduled presentations, and engage honestly with the team's findings. The engagements that produce the most useful outcomes are ones where the entrepreneur shares candid information about what is and is not working in their business. The team is there to consult, not to execute. They will research, analyze, and recommend. Implementation is the entrepreneur's responsibility.
