What makes Gonzaga's Master's in Organizational Leadership different, is the opportunity for you to come to campus in Spokane to take classes. These courses are designed for people like you, who have full time jobs and family obligations. They include short intensive visits to campus or elsewhere and many are offered several times a year.

It’s an opportunity for you to connect with faculty, build community and network. Many of our students take their first required immersion and tell us it’s one of the best parts about their experience in the program.

The Master’s in Organizational Leadership requires you to take Imagine, Create, Lead, a 3-day immersion that is offered eleven times a year. Like many of our other students, once you come to campus, you’ll likely want to come back and we have many unique experiences for you to choose from.

The required ORGL 605 Imagine, Create, Lead course, which will be offered both on campus and virtually for Fall 2021 in order to provide students maximum flexibility, due to COVID-19, for details on all our immersion experiences, go to our COVID-19 Immersion information page.

For other COVID-19 information, including details on vaccination requirements, go to our ZagOn page.
