Future plans:

I didn't get the chance to go abroad with Gonzaga, so I'm happy to say that I have the chance to live in Italy for several months this summer. After I return, I'll be working full time as a Commute Trip Reduction Coordinator at GU's Office of Sustainability.

How has your major contributed to your professional or personal development?

Studying communications has taught me how to identify patterns, think more critically, and ask good questions.

What has been your proudest or most significant accomplishment during your Gonzaga career?

I remember being in an Italian 102 lecture and realizing that, for the first time, I was following a conversation in a foreign language. Studying a second language has opened the door for me to learn about a different nation's history, politics, and culture - my ability to speak Italian is one of the most significant accomplishments from my time at Gonzaga.
