Diamond Club Reunion
The Gonzaga classes of 1963, 1964, 1965, 1966 and 1967, with support from the Office of Alumni Relations, are invited back to Spokane for a combined class reunion this fall.
About This Event
The Diamond Club warmly welcomes the Classes of 1963, 1964, 1965, 1966 and 1967 to campus for a meaningful and memorable celebration. Together, these classes return as a unified five-year cohort, connected by shared history, lifelong friendships and the enduring spirit of Gonzaga University.
This gathering marks 60 years since graduation — a significant milestone reflecting decades of growth, resilience and impact. It offers an opportunity to reflect on the paths forged, the lives influenced and the legacy that continues to grow while honoring those in attendance and recognizing classmates and friends who are unable to join.
The weekend serves as a tribute to a generation, a celebration of enduring connection and a recognition of the lasting impact these alumni have made on Gonzaga University and the world.

College Hall, the tour will begin outside in front of the St. Ignatius statue
Take a walk down memory lane as Gonzaga’s Dale Goodwin leads a campus tour, highlighting what's new while revisiting the places and experiences that shaped the Gonzaga journey. The tour will conclude at the John J. Hemmingson Center — just in time for early check-in and a no-host gathering at The Bulldog. Recommended attire: GU casual and walking shoes.

Ease into the weekend with a relaxed, no-host gathering at The Bulldog. This informal event offers an opportunity to reconnect with classmates and begin the celebration in a welcoming setting. Guests arriving early may also pick up a name tag, program, campus map and other materials while catching up with fellow reunion attendees.

You don’t have to head home or back to your hotel just yet — following the closure of The Bulldog at 7 p.m., guests are invited to continue the celebration at nearby Logan Tavern, the former Bulldog location.

10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer’s presented by The Alzheimer’s Association
This program helps you recognize early signs in yourself and others, understand the stages of the disease, and learn next steps—including how to talk with your doctor and access support. Alzheimer’s becomes increasingly common with age, affecting nearly one-third of people 85 and older. Early awareness is key, and this presentation provides practical tools and trusted information to help you take action with confidence.

There are no formal reunion activities planned between 2 and 5 p.m. on Friday.

Building on the foundational 10 Warning Signs program, this session offers a brief refresher on key symptoms followed by an engaging panel discussion with experts and community members. Gain deeper insight into real-life experiences, ask questions, and learn practical strategies for navigating an Alzheimer’s diagnosis, supporting loved ones, and accessing available resources. This interactive conversation is designed to provide clarity, connection, and confidence for the journey ahead. A dedicated Q&A session at the end will provide an opportunity to ask questions and connect directly with the panel.

In honor of Gonzaga’s Hawaiian Club, we’re bringing back island-inspired traditions that brought so many together. A hosted outdoor lunch with tropical flair, great company and time to reconnect. Enjoy a taste of the Islands, including favorites like kālua pork and pupus, while celebrating the spirit of aloha and shared memories.

A presentation exploring the shared history of Bing Crosby and Gonzaga University highlights his formative years in Spokane and his time on campus, tracing his journey from a local student with ambitious aspirations to an international entertainment icon. Presented by Lauren Harris, the program reflects on Crosby’s enduring connection to Gonzaga and the place he continued to call home in spirit throughout his career, using storytelling and historical insight to reveal how deeply he valued his roots and how his Spokane experience helped shape the voice and legacy that made him a global star.

There are no formal reunion activities planned for Sunday. Alumni and guests are welcome to attend Catholic Mass at St. Aloysius or gather informally.
