Go to the Library catalog and select "Advanced Search." Type in the term or terms as needed. Then hit "search." Your results will appear on the screen.

Hint: Use Subject List to use recognized subject terms.

For example, if interested in seeing who lived in Walla Walla and had hypothyroidism, type "Walla Walla," as a phrase, in keyword and type "hypothyroidism," all of these, in subject.

If interested in viewing the Personal Health Information Questionnaires (PHIQs), under Basic or Advance Search, type "personal health information questionnaire," as a phrase, in keyword anywhere.
