Marjan Milani

Marjan Milani

Marjan Milani is a seasoned health care leader with an extensive background in management, pharmacy services, quality improvement, and research. Currently, she serves as the Director of Quality for Providence Inland Northwest Washington service area and previously served as Sr. Manager of Pharmacy Clinical Services and Director of the Pharmacy Residency Program. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and a Doctor of Pharmacy from Washington State University. Marjan is currently obtaining her Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Purdue University.

An active member of Providence IRB, Marjan is passionate about research and innovation. She has led multiple projects focused on medical safety, quality improvement, and cost savings, all while navigating complex systems to drive strong results. She advocates for patient-centered care, clinical innovation, and a culture of engaged improvement. 

As a dedicated lifelong learner and a graduate of the inaugural cohort of the GU-UW Certificate in Health Care Leadership, Marjan is passionate about empowering the next generation of visionary leaders in health care.
