Prerequisite courses provide the necessary foundation for students to be successful in their MBA classes. Students with an accounting or business degree have typically fulfilled all prerequisites. Generally, students need to have taken courses within seven years and received a C or better to waive prerequisites. Additionally, prerequisites are often waived for students with work experience in related subjects.
For an individual prerequisite evaluation, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or click on the button below and complete the short form.
Once the prerequisite evaluation is complete, you will know exactly which prerequisites you need to complete and which prerequisites can be waived for you based on your academic background and work experience. Prerequisites do NOT need to be completed to gain admission.
Each student works with his or her academic advisor to assess prerequisites and determine the most time and cost effective way to fulfill any incomplete prerequisites. Most students complete prerequisites in conjunction with their graduate coursework. Gonzaga offers a series of combination courses and CLEP proficiency exams to expedite this process. You can find more information about Gonzaga's Testing Center, including how to register for a CLEP exam, by clicking on the button below.
