Gonzaga University's School of Business Administration (SBA) was founded in 1921Faculty
The SBA currently has 45 full-time faculty disciplines ranging from accounting to business ethics
Students
Approximately 1,400 undergraduate students and 200 graduate students are currently taking business courses
Degrees
Four undergraduate majors: accounting, business administration, economics and marketing. Eight minors: digital marketing, sustainable business, analytical finance, economics, entrepreneurship and innovation, general business, management information systems and promotion. Five graduate degrees: Master of Business Administration (MBA), MBA in American Indian Entrepreneurship, Master of Accountancy (MAcc), Master of Science in Taxation (MSTax) and Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA).

- Learning by doing is a critical part of the Jesuit educational philosophy. We emphasize projects within our classes, internships (approximately 120 students/year take an internship for credit), and co-curricular activities such as the New Venture Lab (part of the Hogan Entrepreneurial Leadership program) and the VITA program.
- In a normal year, over 200 business students study abroad. They may go to our Florence program or participate in one of our faculty-led-study abroad opportunities.
Gonzaga’s Graduate School of Business was ranked as one of the “Best On-Campus MBA Programs” in its Best Business Schools for 2025 report. (Read more here) Editor-in-Chief Rob Franek notes that the selected schools were recognized for “excellent academics, robust experiential learning components, outstanding career services, and positive feedback from the students we surveyed.” This recognition reflects the collective effort of our faculty, staff, advisors, and support teams in creating meaningful, mission-aligned learning experiences for our students.

The Gonzaga University Career and Professional Development office creates an annual First Destination Survey Report. This report provides data on where Gonzaga graduates end up after college.
It shows the following information broken down by college/school and major: success rate, employment rate, continuing education rate, volunteer service rate, military service rate, and still-seeking employment or continuing education rate
