In the Spirit of the Jesuit practice of composition of place, the Gonzaga School of Business Administration acknowledges that the land we meet on today is the unceded territory of the Spokane Tribe of Indians, the people of the river. We have the responsibility to acknowledge the historical and ongoing effects of colonization that have impacted the Spokane Tribe. Thus, it is our responsibility to learn this history and to take inspired action to disrupt and work for change as a community dedicated to a more sustainable future.
